How refunds and cancellations work for NikharAI services.
Our standard AI-powered skin checkup is offered free of charge. As no payment is taken for this service, no refund is applicable.
From time to time we may offer paid services such as premium reports, follow-up consultations, or curated product bundles. The following terms apply to any paid service purchased through NikharAI.
You may cancel a paid service before it has been delivered or fulfilled. Cancellation requests received after a digital report has been generated and shared, or after a service has been rendered, cannot be honoured.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. The exact crediting timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
All payments are processed through trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay. Refunds are issued through the same gateway and reflected on your original payment method.
If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
