1. Digital service
NikharAI provides a digital, AI-powered skin analysis service. We do not ship physical goods. All deliverables — your skin report, doctor-prepared plans and any premium content — are delivered electronically.
2. Delivery of your skin report
- Your skin report is generated and shown on screen immediately after the AI analysis is complete, typically within 30 to 90 seconds of submission.
- A copy of the report is also emailed to the email address you provide during the checkup.
- You can revisit your report any time using the unique link generated for your checkup.
3. Delivery of paid digital products
Where we offer paid digital products (such as premium reports, consultation slots, or curated routines), they are delivered as follows:
- Premium reports and digital downloads: instantly upon successful payment, via email and via your account on the website.
- Consultation bookings: a confirmation email with the appointment time and joining link is sent within a few minutes of booking.
4. Delays and failures
If you do not receive your report or confirmation email within a reasonable period:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address provided was correct.
- Email support@nikhar.co with your name and the date and time of the checkup. We will resend the report.
5. International availability
The Service is accessible globally over the internet. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or geographical restrictions for the delivery of digital reports.
