All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying analysis algorithms — is owned by NikharAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of generating your report and improving our Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The standard skin checkup is currently provided free of charge. Where we offer paid services in the future, applicable fees, taxes, and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways and are subject to their terms.
